Welcome, and thank you for stopping by Faith and Motion! Whether you’ve joined us in prayer courtside, paused for a huddle at a tournament, or are just discovering what we do, I’m so grateful you’re here.

I’m Dr. Rume (room-eh) Joy, a mom to four (4), a wife, ministry leader, and woman of faith who found herself doing life in motion, just like many of you. Between work, tournaments, flights, hotels, and parenting, I was craving more than balance; I was desperate to make sure my children weren’t left behind in sports, but most of all, not left behind in faith. And that’s where the vision for Faith and Motion was born.

We live in a world where, if your kids don’t stay competitive, they fall behind. And I saw how easily that same pressure could cause families to fall spiritually behind as well. That tension, between staying in the game and staying rooted in God, became the spark for Faith and Motion.

​

Faith and Motion was born to create sacred space in the middle of chaos. We meet families where they are, on the road, in the gym, on the sidelines, and remind them that God is still present, still powerful, and still pursuing them. From huddles and devotionals to moments of prayer at halftime, we are here to help families stay faith-fueled while doing life full speed.
